- Check if the belt-pack’s OLCD shows MUTE. The belt-pack is on MUTE status by default after powering on. Long-press the side button of the belt-pack to TALK status.
- Check if the base station’s volume is too low.
- Check if the base station has muted all belt-packs. Call the base station by long-pressing the belt-pack’s side button to request for unlocking the MUTE status.
