Check the RTSP address entered on the Joystick Controller. Make sure the rtsp address is “rtsp://camera IP:554/live/av0”.

1. Connect a Computer to the Astra P1 via Ethernet cable.
2. Set the computer’s IP address to the same subnet as the Astra P1 (192.168.1.xx).
3. Open a browser and enter the Astra P1’s IP address (default: 192.168.1.100).
4. Log in to the web interface. Username: admin; Password: admin.

Please check if you have enabled the Auto Tracking function. When Auto Tracking is active, manual pan/tilt control is disabled. To get back manual control, disable Auto Tracking first.

1. Connect the Astra P1’s video output(HDMI or SDI) to a display.
2. Press[*]>[#]>[4] in sequence on the remote.
3. The current IP address of the Astra P1 will be displayed on the screen.

Presenter Tracking: When you turn on Presenter Tracking mode, the Astra P1 will follow one person at all times, unless the Astra P1 loses the person.
Zone Tracking: When you turn on Zone Tracking mode, you can set up to four zones. As a person moves into a zone, the Astra P1 smoothly moves to the preset for that zone.

The Astra P1’s NDI function is on default. When the Astra P1 and the computer/device are on the same local area network, please open the OBS or vMix to add an NDI source. Then the OBS/vMix will detect the video automatically.
The name of the Astra P1 NDI video is “PAN-TILT-ZOOM CAMERA (NDI HX3, 192.168.1.100)”.

1. Use the remote to move the Astra P1 to the desired position.
2. Press a number key(0-9).
3. Press the PRESET button to save the position to that preset.
The preset position is now saved.

No. The Astra P1 automatically detects ceiling mounting and flips the image to the correct orientation. No manual adjustment is required.

The Astra P1 does not support simultaneous SDI and HDMI output. Only one output can be used at a time.
To enable SDI output, log in to the web interface and go to Video/Audio > SDI.

1. Change the IP address of each Astra P1 so that every camera has a unique IP address.
2. Connect all Astra P1 cameras and the Joystick Controller to the same network switch via Ethernet cables.
3. Set the Joystick Controller’s IP subnet to the same as the Astra P1 cameras (192.168.1.xx).
4. Add each Astra P1 to the Joystick Controller: enter the camera’s IP address, select the Sony VISCA protocol, and enter the RTSP address: “rtsp://camera IP:554/live/av0”
5. To switch between cameras, press Cam + the corresponding number key on the Joystick Controller.
