- Confirm if the mobile phone supports the 5G WiFi network
All the Hollyland MARS Wireless transmission systems are using the general 5G WiFi network. For some old mobile phones, they could only find the 2.4G WiFi. - Switch the Channel on the Transmitter
It is suggested to choose Channel 1 on the Transmitter if you confirm the phone supports the 5G WiFi network. - Contact Hollyland Support Team
After checking the above settings, the phone is still unable to find the wifi. Please kindly contact our Support Team.
