Solidcom C1 Pro Support

No, the Solidcom C1 Pro master headset can only pair with remote headsets.

Connect the hub to a computer using a USB-C to USB-A cable, and then the computer will recognize the hub as an audio device (one channel IN and one channel OUT).

Up to 7 remote headsets.

The Solidcom C1 Pro is entirely compatible with the Solidcom C1.

The firmware version requirements for the Solidcom C1 and Solidcom C1 Pro: 

Solidcom C1 hub-based system: Versions later V1.0.3.6

Solidcom C1 no-hub system: Versions later V1.0.4.3

Solidcom C1 Pro hub-based system: Versions later V1.0.3.6

Solidcom C1 Pro no-hub system: Versions later 1.0.2.2

 

Please note that the Solidcom C1 has no ENC function. You are not advised to use the Solidcom C1 in an extremely loud environment.

Yes, the Solidcom C1 Pro has the sidetone function but the level cannot be adjusted.

The installations:

a. The distance between two hubs is at least 1.5 meters when multiple Solidcom C1 Pro hub-based systems are cascaded.

b. You are advised to install the hub at a place higher than 1.7 meters in an open space. A confined environment may affect the wireless signal quality and reduce the transmission range.
