Mars 400S Pro Support

Support, but it works instable. We recommend using USB capture card for streaming.

This problem always caused by firmware version, please upgrade your device to the latest version.

Note: The LUT file should be.Cube format and the Size of the CUBE file is 17 or 33.

iOS Devices:

Method 01: Import through Online Chat or Airdrop APP

  • Download the LUTs file to your computer.
  • Please send the LUTs file to iOS devices via any Online Chat(like WhatsApp) or Airdrop APP.
  • Select that file and choose HollyView App to open the file

Method 02: Copy the file to Hollyview 【3DLUT】 file path

Android Devices:

  • Download the LUTs file to the Android Devices.
  • Open the HollyView App and choose the LUTs option. Select ” Add a new file”.
  • Choose your download LUT file.

  1. the latency is around 100 ms。
  2. if the picture is sent through Mars 400s Pro, but the voice is sent through another path, then the picture and voice sending exist 100 ms latency.

Solutions:

  1. Both picture and voice sending through Mars 400s Pro, For example, Mount the microphones and Our Mars on the CAM together, then the voice and picture will be forced to send through our Mars simultaneously.
  2. In the background equipment, for example, the mixing console, director’s station, or OBS software, manually set 100ms latency for the audio.

Support,  and receiver support HDMI and SDI output simultaneously.

Mars 400s Pro can work for a long time even the fan was closed, but the temperature of the device will be higher than normal.
