Why does the base station can not display the information of the belt-pack?

Please ensure whether the antennas of the belt-pack are installed correctly, if there is no improvement, please replace the antennas.
Please check the state of the belt-pack, if there is the “LOST” in the screen, Please ensure the belt-pack and base station are in the efficient transmission range and without obstacle between both of them.
Please check the state of the belt-pack, if there is the “NULL” on the screen, that means the belt-pack information is lost because of the wrong operation, please try to pair it again, upgrade the firmware is a final way to solve this problem.
