Please ensure whether the antennas of the belt-pack are installed correctly, if there is no improvement, please replace the antennas.
Please ensure the belt-pack and the base station are in the efficient transmission range, and without obstacle between both of them.
Please check whether the sound volume of the belt-pack is too low, and turn it to a comfortable level.
In principle, Do not use the 4-stage 3.5mm headset which from other brands because of the difference in impedance and setting bias, Please tries to replace the headset if the sound quality is poor.
