Q1: Why do the TX and the RX not turn on after being taken out of the charging case?
The devices will enter sleep mode when they are fully charged. Please wait for 3 seconds after opening the charging case and then take the devices out of the charging case.
Q2: The transmitter and receiver can not be charged when put back into the charging box?
- Please check whether the insulation at the bottom of the device is torn off
- Remove the magnetic from the microphone back clip before charging
Q3: Do the transmitter and the receiver support charging via the USB-C port?
Yes, they can be charged via the USB-C port with a 5V 2A power.
