Testing Background

Starting off 2025, Waston Creative was hired to handle end-to-end production for a high-end makeup brand, covering everything from initial event layout to setup, run-of-show, livestream, and breakdown over a five-day period in Orlando, Florida. The event had 2,000 attendees.

During this project, William Waston and his team used the Solidcom SE Pro headset for the first time to enhance workflow. They had six crew members on-site for this shoot—two operating the camera and switcher, while the other four managed the live show, including lighting, microphones, and show operations. The headsets were divided among the team, with three members using them consistently and the other three rotating as needed for live switches.

With such a large team and demanding schedule, the headsets helped keep everything on track and made communication much easier.
