The MelRish Studio is a team of photographers and videographers based in Dubai, dedicated to reshaping visual storytelling.

The Reason for Opting for Hollyland

In their pursuit of top-tier communication solutions, they were introduced to the name “Hollyland” through reliable recommendations from sources such as friends and colleagues. Among Hollyland’s diverse range of offerings, the Solidcom C1 Pro stood out and captured their attention.

Dubai Muscle Show & Team Allocation Strategies

The MelRish Studio team was mobilized to capture the essence of the annual Dubai Muscle Show at the Dubai Exhibition Center, Expo. This prestigious three-day event, hosting three shows, dominated the south wing of the DEC area, establishing itself as a paramount gathering for fitness and bodybuilding professionals and serving as the inaugural event for the Dubai 30×30 series.

Comprising 7 shooters, 3 editors, and assistants, the team orchestrated a seamless documentation process for the event’s 38,000 attendees, which included esteemed guests like government officials, international athletes, and speakers.

Within the team, a core group of 6 shooters—comprising 3 photographers and 3 videographers paired up—were strategically assigned to distinct areas: the Dubai Muscle Show, Dubai Active Show, and Dubai Active Industry. These parallel events unfolded with a myriad of activities, exhibitors, and programs, all encapsulated by the meticulous work of the team. A dedicated roaming videographer ensured comprehensive coverage, bringing the team’s total to approximately 15 members.

Regarding the allocation of headsets, about 8-10 team members utilized the headsets, including the 7 photographers. The team possessed 8 headsets, with the remaining one utilized by either the editor, an assistant, or the coordinator, depending on necessity or availability. Each photographer was provided with one headset, while the coordinator used the master headset to oversee the operations.

Thanks to the intercom systems, the team navigated the event effortlessly, swiftly adjusting locations and schedules as needed.
