1. Eligibility: Creators, artists, technology developers, and public welfare project leaders from around the world are eligible to participate in this program.
2. Copyright Ownership: Only original works are accepted. By submitting, the applicant agrees to grant Hollyland the rights to use the submitted work for official communication purposes. Hollyland reserves the right to reuse the work, including but not limited to re-editing, promotion, and distribution, for both commercial and non-commercial purposes.
3. Legality of Works: Applicants must ensure that their submitted works comply with all applicable laws and regulations. They must be legitimate rights holders or authorized representatives with the legal right to submit the project or idea.
4. Submission and Registration Process: File attachments must comply with the required format. Incomplete, missing, unreadable, or unrecognizable materials may result in submission failure.
5. Confidentiality Clause: Hollyland guarantees that all materials submitted for this project will be used solely for purposes related to this program. Any unpublished ideas or information will be kept confidential prior to the public release of the video(s).
6. Material Replacement Rules: If any materials need to be replaced, they must be resubmitted within the registration period. For the same applicant (team), multiple submissions under the same project theme will be evaluated based on the latest version submitted before the deadline. Submissions under different themes by the same applicant (team) will be regarded as separate projects.
7. Exit Mechanism: If a shortlisted candidate cannot be reached within 4 days, or fails to complete the signing process within 7 days of receiving the contract, they will be deemed to have voluntarily withdrawn. In such cases, Hollyland reserves the right to replace them with an alternate candidate or team.
8. Handling of Breach: If a signed project is terminated due to force majeure, the applicant must notify Hollyland via email at least 15 days in advance. Any sponsorship already fulfilled will not be subject to repayment, while the remaining unfulfilled portion will be terminated. If no prior notice is given via email, the applicant shall return all sponsorship provided by Hollyland for the project. If the project is cancelled for other subjective reasons, the applicant is also required to return all sponsorship provided by Hollyland.
9. Sponsorship Attribution: The applicant shall include a clear sponsorship credit acknowledging Hollyland as the official sponsor in the final delivered video(s).
10. Final Interpretation Rights: Hollyland reserves the final right of interpretation for all program rules.
