The project focused on cinematic, storytelling-driven coverage, capturing behind-the-scenes moments, team coordination, and real-time communication powered by Hollyland equipment. The goal was to convey the event’s elegance, scale, and emotional depth while maintaining a refined, high-end visual aesthetic.

A total of 8 people used Hollyland products during the event, both at the church (Paróquia São José) and at the reception venue. The Solidcom SE headsets were distributed across the entire production team, including camera operators, assistants and coordination crew, ensuring seamless communication throughout the ceremony and the buffet.

The Project Scale and Environment

Both projects were medium-to-large scale productions, involving multiple camera operators, lighting setups and dynamic team coordination. The wedding had approximately 200 guests, while the Holambra production required extensive movement, wireless monitoring and precise team communication throughout several hours of filming.

The work environment included both indoor and outdoor conditions. At Paróquia São José, the project was filmed indoors in a large church setting with controlled lighting but constant movement of guests and staff. In Holambra, the production took place outdoors, in open natural environments with changing light conditions and frequent transitions between different locations. Both environments required reliable wireless communication and stable video transmission to maintain coordination across the team.
