The production took place at the Emerson Fittipaldi Kart Track, an outdoor venue with 500 people on site and a live YouTube broadcast running at the same time. The event lasted more than five hours. Eight cameras covered the event, using a mix of Hollyland wireless systems: Pyro Ultra, Cosmo C2, Pyro 5, and Pyro S.
Shortly after, Welington brought the same setup to a four-day corporate event for Aperam, with around 600 attendees per day and roughly 10 hours of live transmission each day. Camera feeds ran simultaneously to LED panels on site and to the internet broadcast.
Both venues had the same challenge: interference. 3G signals, wireless microphone frequencies, and crowded RF environments are the baseline. In large outdoor events, that kind of congestion is just part of the environment. The Pyro Ultra’s automatic frequency hopping detected congested channels and jumped to the clearest one to keep the transmission stable throughout production.
At a motorsport track and a large corporate venue, camera positions were spread far across the space. The Pyro Ultra’s 4,900 ft. (1.5 km) line-of-sight range gave the team enough distance to cover the required locations.

At a motorsport venue where fast-moving subjects and live outputs need near-zero latency, professionals have extremely high expectations for latency in wireless video transmission systems. In this larger production environment, with multiple cameras, LED displays, live streaming outputs, and extended operating hours, the systems needed to maintain stable performance throughout the shoot.
