Are there any restrictions on audio formats?
Most common audio formats are supported. You can upload recordings in formats such as MP3, WAV, M4A, and other widely used audio formats. Just make sure your audio can be played properly and aligns with the theme.
Can I upload more than once?
Absolutely. You're welcome to join as many times as you'd like. This is a journey back to yourself — there's no limit to how many moments, emotions, or sounds you choose to share. Enjoy the journey, again and again.
Can I win more than one prize?
To give more participants a chance to be recognized, each winner can receive only one prize throughout the campaign.
How are prize recipients chosen?
Prize recipients are selected through a combination of community voting and expert panel evaluation based on creativity, audio quality, and relevance to the theme.
When and how will I know if I win?
Winners will be announced on September 15 on Hollyland's official Instagram account, @hollylandtech. Be sure to follow us so you don't miss the announcement.
When will prizes be shipped?
Prizes will be shipped within 2–3 weeks after the winners are announced. International delivery times may vary depending on your location.
How will I receive my prize? Do I need to pay for shipping or taxes?
We will contact winners via email or lnstagram. All prize-related costs, incuding shipping and taxes, will be fully covered by Hollyland.
