Why do the base station and belt-pack have not sound output?

Please confirm whether the “RMT MIC KILL” button which on the base station panel is light, if yes, please turn it off.
Please check the state of the belt-pack, if there is the “MUTE” on the screen, long-press the “MUTE/TALK” button to “TALK”.
Please check the connection of headset is correct, the headset and microphone are worn properly(correct way: put the headset on the head with the microphone less than 10cm from your mouth).
